MTO&E Unit Bonus of $15,000 The Tennessee Army National Guard is offering a Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTO&E) Bonus of $15,000- Applicant must enlist in a MTO&E unit
- Applicant must enlist in ANY MOS that is not a NGB or state critical skill MOS
- This incentive can be combined with the "Quick Ship" Bonus
- Check with a recruiter for the units that qualify
Applicants must qualify and enlist for MOS/ Skill. 3X5, 6X2 or 8X0 required
Non-prior service "quick ship" $5,000- Applicant must agree to ship to "Basic Combat Training" within 45 days of enlistment. (Quick Ship)
- This incentive can be combined with the MTO&E unit bonus of $15,000
- This incentive can not be combined with the NGB "Top Ten" or State Critical Skill bonus of $20,000 or the Civilian Acquired Skill Program (CASP) bonus
- Applicants must meet enlistment eligibility requirements outlined in NGR 600-7, Chapter 6
- Applicants must enlist into a valid, vacant position, or against a projected vacancy within 101%-125% of the unit's authorized war time strength
- CASP applicants not authorized the "Quick Ship" bonus
Applicants must qualify and enlist for MOS/ Skill. 6X2 or 8X0 required
additional bonus information- Applicants choosing the 6X2 or 8X0 enlistment option become eligible to receive the SR-GI Bill & "Kicker" benefits if qualified
- If otherwise qualified (for SLRP) enlistees will be eligible to receive the $20,000 Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP) in addition to their enlistment bonus
- These incentives will terminate without recoupment upon entry into the Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) or Reserve Officer Training Corp (ROTC)
- Payment Schedule: The ARNG will process initial payment of 50% upon successful completion of IADT and soldier becomes MOS qualified. The second and final payment of 50% will be processed on the 36th month anniversary of the date of enlistment
- By law the total amount of any cash NPS incentive is limited to $20,000
- Glossary NPS applicants do not qualify
- Applicants enlisting for employment as a MILTECH or AGR are not qualified for these incentives
