What Is the G-Rap Program?
The Guard Recruiting Assistance Program (G-Rap) is a contracted program designed for individuals who voluntarily apply online to become eligible to serve as a part-time Recruiting Assistance (RA).

The RA applicant will be verified and hired by a contractor, not the Army National Guard (ARNG).
***Update!
Effective for all Potential Soldier nominations who sign Non-Prior
Service contracts on or after July 16, 2008, the RA will receive $1,000 30-45
days after the contract date once the accession is verified via SIDPERS and
$1,000 when the nominee ships to BCT within 365 days from the contract date.
If the Potential Soldier fails to BCT ship within the allotted 365 days, the
RA will become ineligible for a second payment for that nominee.
 Who can become an (RA)?
Currently only a National Guard soldier who is on traditional duty (one-weekend per month, two weeks per year) that can qualify to be a Recruiting Assistance (RA).
Recruiting Assistants (RA) are certified subcontractor's from Docupak.
Who do not represent the government at any time.
